Decisions needed from you before we can move these forward.

Decision needed
Hero headline direction — current line: "You've Built a Career on Knowing What You're Doing. / So why won't people follow?"
Does this match how your actual enquiries describe their problem? Confirm or redirect — everything else on the page follows from this.
Decision needed
Hero subheading — 5 options were offered, none selected yet.
Pick one or write a new one once the headline direction above is confirmed. File: brand-context/Website/03 Corporate Website/07 Leadership and Professional Influence/
Worth revisiting
Broader page messaging — the "expert/gap" framing may not match how visitors describe their felt experience when they first reach out.
Once the headline is confirmed, worth doing a full page entry-point review. What do people actually say to you in the first message they send?

Getting started

Check in with your system
First thing
At the start of every session, Claude reads your context files. Confirm it knows your business before you start work.
Say: Who am I and what am I working on?
Work from a real client's problem
Your best mode
You get more traction when you start from a specific client's situation rather than an abstract topic. Drop in a call transcript, a prospect message, or a scenario — and tell Claude what you're trying to produce from it.
Example: "Will has a delegation problem — his best workers are older and don't use smartphones. Write a LinkedIn post about this using the Thought Knots® lens."
End every session with wrap-up
Daily habit
Run this every time before you close Claude. It saves your open threads, captures feedback, and makes sure nothing gets lost. This is what makes the system compound over time.
Type: /wrap-up

Your skills

Selected for your three audiences and how you actually work. The full library has 50+ — start here.

Content Router
Main entry point
Give it any idea or topic — it asks which format you want (Substack article, LinkedIn post, email, sales page) and routes to the right skill automatically.
Type: /content-router
Example for you "I want to write about why capable people freeze when they have to delegate — and how it's usually a Thought Knots® problem, not a trust problem."
Sales Page Writer
Offers
Full sales pages for any offer type — your lawyers coaching page, the Leadership Diagnostic, the 4-week container. Asks intake questions, then writes in your voice using your positioning.
Type: run sales-page-writer
Example for you Use for the Leadership Diagnostic / Bottleneck Audit page once the offer scope is finalized.
Email Sequence Writer
Email
Full nurture sequences — for the Clarity Chat funnel, the lawyers page via Rima's network, or any new lead magnet. Writes in the Thought Knots® voice throughout.
Type: run email-sequence-writer
Authority Piece
Thought leadership
Blog post + LinkedIn article + Facebook post from a single topic — asks questions first to pull out your specific angle, then writes all three and saves them. Good for Substack and LinkedIn.
Type: run authority-piece
Example for you "The research behind Thought Knots® — why I approach coaching as a researcher, not just a practitioner."
CEO Check
Strategy
Before you say yes to a collaboration, a new offer idea, or a content direction — run this. It checks the thing against your north star and flags if it pulls you away from your current priorities.
Type: run ceo-check
Example for you "CEO check — Christine and I are thinking about a joint offer for realtors. Is this worth developing now?"
